About this list: Compiled from the early intervention contact list of the Early Childhood Technical Assistance (ECTA) Center, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Education. These programs are run by state and territory agencies. Early intervention (Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) serves infants and toddlers with disabilities, from birth to age 3, and their families. They are not programs of The Accessibility Clinic, and a listing is not an endorsement. Services, eligibility, fees and contact details change, so please confirm with the agency directly. How this list is compiled

Lead agencies and websites come from the ECTA Center list of state early intervention programs. Each listed website was opened and checked on November 8, 2026, and replaced where the listed address no longer worked. Where the ECTA address was outdated or went to a general page, this list shows the program’s own page. Where a state recently changed its lead agency, this list shows the current agency. Entries marked "confirm" still need verification with the agency. The review date shows when the list was last rechecked.
